Information we collect

We collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, emirate, vehicle make and model, selected colours, planned timeframe and any rim dimensions you provide. You also upload a rim photo and may add a vehicle photo.

How we use your information

We use this information to prepare your wheel concept, send it by email and WhatsApp within 24 hours, and discuss your powder coating enquiry. The concept is free, with no obligation to proceed.

How we prepare your concept

We prepare concepts manually and may use an AI image tool to process your photos. Sending photos for a concept does not give us permission to use them in public marketing.

Photo storage and deletion

Photos are uploaded privately for validation before you send your request. Permissions for unsubmitted uploads expire after eight hours. Daily cleanup removes abandoned files, which may remain in private storage for about 32 hours before their next scheduled cleanup. Failed deletions are retried. Accepted photos are stored without their original metadata.

After your concept is sent

When we mark your concept as sent through both email and WhatsApp, your uploaded rim and vehicle photos are deleted from this app. Your contact details, selected colours and request history remain saved. Finished concepts and messages are handled separately through email and WhatsApp; this app does not store the finished concept.

Optional updates

Marketing updates are optional. The checkbox starts unchecked, and we record your choice and when you made it. You can request a concept without subscribing and ask us to stop updates at any time.

Campaign and security information

If you arrive through a campaign link, we may save its source, medium, campaign name and referring page with your request. We use a necessary session cookie for form security and dashboard sign-in, and keep short-lived security records to limit abusive submissions and sign-in attempts. This site does not use advertising trackers.

Questions and deletion requests

You can ask us to delete your customer record, associated requests and remaining uploaded photos, or change your marketing preference.
